Domestic Shipment

• All our products are GI certified and are to the extent possible handmade. Certain products may take up to 15-days to process, depending upon the availability.
• All our orders are confirmed within 24-48 hours and the customers are intimated at each step.
• Our customers can track their order status using the tracking number and details provided.
• Delay in delivery could be due to a natural calamity, inaccessible and remote delivery location, customer unavailability, physical and political conditions of the delivery location.

International Shipment

• Prices are excluisve of shipping, custom charges etc
• Our customers are liable to pay Shipping charges inclusive of custom duties and taxes on the international order applicable on the delivery location
• There could be a delayed delivery due to a delay in customs clearance.

Please note that all our customer information is private and confidential. However, the company can relese certain data/ information to law enforcing agencies, if request for data/information under the existing legal framework is made.

Cancellation Policy

• The customer can cancel the order at any given time through their created account, or reach out to our customer service before the order is dispatched.
• India Handicraft Enterprises reserves all the rights to cancel an order at any given time due to the unavailability of the product, manufacturing defect, quantities ordered and logistics.

Returns and Refunds

• India Handicraft Enterprises offers a hassle-free 7-day return policy
• The customer can place a return request once they receive the product through their account dashboard.
• In case of prepaid orders, the amount debited through the customer's account shall be refunded to their bank account within 7-10 working days once the product undergoes quality inspection at the organization.
• Certain products like agriculture and food stuff are not eligible for returns.

Customization

Since all the products on our website are GI certified and exclusively handmade, they can be customized as per the customer's preferences.
